the reception staff was friendly, but that was about it, the towels were scarce, and the pool looked like the last time it was cleaned woudl ve been during the last ice age. i expected a good stay, but the lack of basic amenities makes me question why anyone would want to stay here, i almost thought of recommending it, but just couldn’t.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Heavy maintenance issues throughout the hotel need immediate addressing, from broken amenities to inconsistent housekeeping practices that marred my experience!!!

Dripping noises from the ceiling and walls during a rainstorm indicated serious structural problems, with leaks affecting multiple rooms as the morning unfolded. The breakfast service was non-existent due to power outages, leaving many guests frustrated and unsatisfied.

the room was neglected. the shower head was clogged and barely worked. the staff showed patience while juggling issues. the breakfast was decent and the outdoor space was nice for relaxing.

It was just a perfect match for a short stay in Houston with incredible value for money. Breakfast included a new pancake maker that was a fun touch to start the day. Just make sure to check in earlier if you can.
